Every year, I try really hard to do something special for my staff.  They work so hard throughout the year and the holidays should be a time for fun and camaraderie!

One year we went on a helicopter ride, another we went rock climbing, another we took a boat out and toured NYC.  We’ve taken limos. We’ve gone to the vineyards.  One year, I even took everyone for a day of beauty!

This year, I decided that I would take them via ferry to Mohegan Sun.  We’re going to Bobby Flay’s restaurant and then spending the night before returning back to the office the next morning.

I’m so excited to share this experience with people I really value, respect and care about.  What are you doing for your holiday party?
