If you ask me what my top 10 list would be on all the things we did.  I would say that if you take your 21-year-old daughter, you should consider:

1. Canyon Ranch Spa (make sure to have a stone massage, it was so relaxing!)
2. Rock of Ages
3. The Bourbon Room
4. Le Reve, the Dream
5. Rattlecan for amazing burgers at a relatively inexpensive rate
6. Shopping at Caesars Palace The Forum Shops
7. Shopping at the Fashion Mall and catching a fashion show
8. Drinking a cosmopolitan at Parasol in the Wynn (The white Cosmo was the best I ever tasted.)
9.  Zine restaurant for Chinese food
10. Spending a lot of quality time together talking about everything!
