Today I was going from meeting to meeting in New York City and as I was walking, I saw some very interesting things:
- on 14th street, a young woman sitting behind an old fashioned typewriter with a sign saying free poems, $1 donation;
- on Wall Street, three people (two men and one woman) with signs that said “Free Hugs.” They were going around hugging random people on the streets;
- and on the subway, a man handing out drinks and sandwiches to people who are homeless.
The city never ceases to amaze me and that’s why I love it so much! Enjoy your day….
