Drink Path Water Review

Drink Pathwater

Wouldn’t it be nice to take a plastic water bottle and keep reusing it? Well, an investment of only $19.99, you can buy 9 bottles of the new water, PATH water, and then re-use the bottle.

How did the idea develop?

The idea came about when three friends, Shadi Bakour, Amer Orabi and Ali Orabi read a shocking stat: by the year 2050 there will be more plastic in our oceans than fish. They began talking about the legacy we will leave behind and felt compelled to act.

With the average person drinking 168 plastic bottles of water per year, they knew that the problem required both a change in how bottles are manufactured and a change in how people consume. Their vision was to help everyone break the addiction to single-use plastic bottled water, use one single-wall BPA-free aluminum bottle that can be used over and over again.

The bottles are sold online or in a nearby supermarket.

What’s interesting about the bottle is that you can write your name on it. There is also a smart label that tells you more information about the brand. All you do is put your phone in camera mode and the information pops up on your mobile device.

PATH comes in a variety of flavors including Alkaline Water, Still Water and Sparkling Water.

In terms of taste, there was nothing to talk about here. But, I like the brand’s marketing — to recycle these bottles so that we lesson the burden on our environment.

I know I’ll be re-using all the bottles. By the way, they are 20 oz, the same as a camelback water bottle.
