Is SFMOMA worth checking out?
My artist friend, Elena Taylor, told me that when she was in San Francisco, she went to the SFMOMA and loved it. She suggested that during my next trip in town, I should go there and I did.
I found the art to be different than the works that you see in Manhattan. They had a ton of interesting sculpture, film and exhibitions.
We were really excited to see works by Long Beach resident, Chuck Close, which included:
And we saw these fascinating works. You could spend the entire day there exploring all of the rooms and experiencing the art.
