Customer Service Can Happen Anywhere!

I was recently involved in a fender bender and took my car to Bodyline Collision in Westbury, NY. The only reason why I took it there was because my insurance company insisted that I have Bodyline provide me with an estimate and take photos. So I went there.

I thought it would be a painful experience and yet, it was so easy. The owner came out right away, took photos and gave me an estimate. The whole process took no more than five minutes. I was relieved.

Since the staff at BodyLine was so nice and professional, I decided to take my car back for the repair. I called them, they gave me an appointment right away and set me up with another vehicle from Enterprise Rent-A-Car. When I pulled in at my designated appointment time, I was taken right away, given a new vehicle to drive back to my office and the whole thing took about 10 minutes.

I was really impressed with the calibre of staff at Bodyline, Enterprise Rent-A-Car and my insurance company. Everyone was so nice and accommodating. It made a potentially bad experience, somewhat pleasant!

About a week later, Bodyline called me on my cell to let me know that my car was ready for pickup. The next day, I was there and picked up my car. It looked perfect.

A week later, I got the nicest note from the company thanking me for my business. I was certainly impressed! There are a dozen body shops in Westbury and this was the first time that I ever got a note thanking me for my business. It made me feel good to do business with them.

Whether you have a body shop, retail store, printing company or large corporation, remember that a simple thank you goes a long way!
