Vincent J Russo, Esq.

Vincent J Russo

Vincent J. Russo is the Managing Shareholder of the Russo Law Group and has championed the rights of seniors and people with special needs since 1985. His professional achievements include an invitation to join the White House 2005 Conference on Aging as an at-large delegate. Vincent is an avid Beatles fan. He also is the legal correspondent at CFN – In the Legal Know. Vincent J. Russo is a Certified Elder Law Attorney (CELA*). This designation is the gold standard and highest professional designation available to elder law attorneys. He is also a member of the invitation-only, NAELA Council of Advanced Practitioners (CAP). Marie Elena Puma, Esq.

Marie Elena Puma

Marie Elena Puma joined the firm in 1991. Her areas of practice include Trust and Estate Administration, Elder Law, Special Needs, and Estate Planning, Guardianships, and Real Estate.

Marie Elena Puma is a member of the National Academy of Elder Law Attorneys (NAELA) and moderates monthly Alzheimer’s/Dementia Caregiver Support Groups through the Alzheimer’s Disease Resource Center at our firm.

She and her husband Michael, who is also an attorney, have been married for more than 30 years. They have a daughter and their free time is devoted to their family, church, and supporting community organizations such as the Theresa Foundation.

Kim Christian, Esq.

Kim Christian

Kim Christian’s areas of practice include Elder Law, Estate and Trust Planning, Real Estate, and Special Needs planning. Kim has presented seminars on Elder Law and Estate Planning, as well as Special Needs planning throughout Nassau County and Queens County, and is a sought-after speaker on these topics

She was born on Long Island and continues to reside there with her husband and two children.

Deanna Eble, Esq.

Deana Eble

Deanna Eble focuses on Elder Law, Estate Planning, Special Needs Planning, and Medicaid Planning, and has practiced in these areas for 20 years.

“Caring for a loved one during an illness can be such a stressful time for everyone involved, and each individual handles that stress in a different way. Deanna M. Eble is a member of the New York State Bar Association, ElderCounsel, and a Co-Chair of the Health Care Issues Committee.

Deanna and her “Ironman” husband have been married since April 2001. They have two boys. Deanna was born on Long Island and now lives in Kings Park. Deanna enjoys baking and spending time with her family.

Eric Einhart, Esq.

Eric Einhart

Eric Einhart focuses on the areas of Elder Law, Estate Planning, Special Needs Planning, Trust and Estate Administration, Guardianship, Tax Law, and Real Estate. Eric is a member of the New York State Bar Association (NYSBA), the National Academy of Elder Law Attorneys (NAELA), the New York Chapter of NAELA (NY NAELA), ElderCounsel, the American Bar Association, and the Nassau County Bar Association.

Eric J. Einhart is the Treasurer of the National Academy of Elder Law Attorneys (NAELA) and Officer for the Board of Directors of the New York Chapter of NAELA (NY NAELA)

He and his wife have been married for 12 years and have three daughters, and a mischievous dog named Marley.

Born and raised in Amityville, Eric and his family now live in Nassau County, not far from where he met his wife in English class at Holy Trinity Diocesan High School. Eric enjoys playing guitar and following baseball when he can. Most of his free time is now devoted to his growing family.

Diana Lattanzio, Esq.

Diana Lattazio

Diana Lattanzio is the newest partner at the Russo Law Group and brings 20 years of experience with her.  She focuses on elder law, Medicaid planning, estate planning, and real estate. A compassionate person by nature, Diana’s interest in elder law was inspired by her close relationship with her maternal grandparents. She appreciated the sacrifices they had made coming to America for a better life, together with their wisdom and the life lessons they imparted to the rest of the family.

When Diana’s grandfather required home care, Diana’s mother provided it. Diana saw firsthand the challenges faced by caregivers and elders alike and vowed to dedicate her career to helping families during times of crisis. Diana is committed to minimizing the stress her clients are going through while providing sound legal advice to protect their assets against the high cost of long-term care. Outside of the office, Diana devotes her free time to raising her three children. She is also the founder and President of a not-for-profit animal rescue organization.

Fluent in Italian, Diana Lattanzio is available to assist Italian-speaking clients. Further, she was admitted to the United States Supreme Court.
