A Refreshing Experience at Boost Hydration Bar, Denver, Colorado

Hilary Topper getting an IV at the IV bar in Denver

I recently visited the Boost Hydration Bar in Denver, Colorado. This is an establishment that I found to be a true oasis for anyone seeking immediate rejuvenation. Having just landed from a long flight from JFK, my body was yearning for hydration and energy. To my relief, the Boost Hydration Bar proved to be the perfect antidote.

When I Entered…

Upon entering, I was warmly greeted by Tracy Tenenholz, RN.  Tracy expertly guided me through their menu of IV mixtures. After considering my symptoms and needs, I opted for the Myers Cocktail. This was a potent blend of Magnesium Chloride, Calcium Gluconate, B12, B6, B Complex, and Vitamin C. Despite being slightly pricey at $175, the cocktail is designed to combat a range of ailments including migraines, fatigue, muscle cramps, seasonal allergies, and crucially for me, jet lag.

The Whole Process…

The process took about an hour. There was a slight hiccup at the start as the IV wasn’t dripping properly. But, Tracy quickly rectified the issue by adjusting the needle position. A small bubble formed at the insertion site, but it subsided swiftly after applying ice. The entire procedure was conducted while I reclined comfortably in a lounge chair, cocooned in a snug blanket provided by the staff. The ambiance was calming, adding to the overall pleasant experience.

Post Treatment…

After it was done, I felt completely revitalized. It was as if the long flight and its accompanying fatigue were a distant memory. The difference was so pronounced that I found myself wishing there was a Boost Hydration Bar closer to my home on Long Island.

My takeaways…

Visiting the Boost Hydration Bar was a rewarding experience. Their wide range of therapeutic IV treatments, professional staff, and soothing environment make it an excellent choice for anyone seeking a quick and effective wellness boost. I wholeheartedly recommend their services and will undoubtedly return should I find myself in Denver again.
