Dylan Schweitzer started with Enterprise as a Management Trainee 18 years ago in NYC. During his tenure, Dylan has held multiple management level positions in both operations and recruiting. Dylan obtained his SPHR in 2008 and currently serves as the Director of Employer Member Services for the Eastern Association of Colleges and Employers. In Dylan’s current role he is responsible for oversight of talent acquisition efforts for Enterprises’ Northeast operations. He directs a team of recruiting professionals and works closely with local Vice Presidents to attract, hire, and retain a talented workforce.
