20-8-2 Rule

The 20-8-2 rule is an easy way to remember how to stay active throughout the day. This rule suggests that you should sit for no more than 20 minutes at a time, stand in one position for no more than 8 minutes, and take a two-minute moving break at least twice an hour. This helps keep your body moving and prevents stiffness and fatigue.
