My daughter and I joined a running club through New York Road Runners. Every Thursday night, we trek into the city, join a group of twenty-five people, and run around Central Park.
This week, my daughter and I were driving into New York City and noticed that the thermometer read that it was 100 degrees. We looked at each other as if we were both crazy.
“How are we going to run in this heat?” my daughter asked me.
When I first bought my iPad, I purchased the Apple case to go along with it. I had the case for a while but was very unhappy with it because it always looked dirty and I was embarrassed to use it during new business presentations.
So, I found another case online at Rue La La. I bought a Terrida leather case that looked very professional but was totally impractical. Every time I tried to use the iPad, I had to take it out of the case completely, especially when I needed to plug it into a socket. I think I paid more than $75 for the case that I am now unhappy with.
I remember getting my first Plaxo requests in 2002 from business associates asking me to update my contact information so that they could update their address books. I was so intrigued with the number of requests I received that I signed up for Plaxo.
Fast forward a few years and Plaxo became just another social networking site, but always had a powerful address book that sync’d with Outlook, Entourage, and even your Gmail accounts.
